Family Weeks

Got pre-schoolers? Home Educate? Just flexible? Mid Week Breaks at Bumblebarn are perfect for families who aren't tied by the constraints of school!

Come any time - or come during one of our special FAMILY WEEKS!

April 20 - 24

May 11-15

The site is family friendly, being securely fenced and with plenty of entertainment for the little ones!

Let them get messy in the sand pit and mud kitchen, and cleaning up will be a breeze thanks to our adjustable height and temperature showers and large, family sized shower/toilet room!

You can always buy alpaca and chicken food to feed the friendly animals next to the site, but during our Family Weeks we will be going the extra mile! For no extra cost, you and your children can come into the fields with our experienced handler to feed, water and health check the Alpacas, Chickens & Ducks. There will be free chicken eggs for anyone lucky enough to find them, and chicken cuddles aplenty from our rescue birds! We will also have a special Nature Treasure Trail exclusively for these weeks, guiding the little ones all over the site and with a special prize for all who complete it.

Also during Family Weeks we will be having the wonderful Lucy visiting the site on Tuesday and Thursday to guide us in a Family Yoga session; a wonderful time to connect and have fun together.

You can stay Monday – Wednesday OR Wednesday – Friday (2 nights) for £150 per tent (Animal Activities & Family Yoga included)

Or go the whole hog and stay Monday – Friday (4 nights) for £300 per tent

You can sleep up to 5 in a tent. All linen is included and you can have any combination of the following: A double bed, two single futon beds (nice and low for little ones) and a single air bed OR a travel cot (we can’t provide linen for travel cots). We can accommodate bed sharing etc.
