Every Friday I like to feature a favourite business of mine! They're usually (but not always!) local to North Norfolk and a great place to visit while you're staying here at Bumblebarn... if I do say so myself!!
For my first ever #featurefriday I want to talk about FAT TEDS STREAT FOOD
Located in a tiny, open hut on Sheringham's High Street, conveniently close to the amusements, the sea front and the pubs, Fat Teds serves delicious food which is freshly cooked and tasty as hell.
They're self described at Mediterranian/Mexican Fusion, Yes I was unsure what that meant exactly but everyone I've ever taken there has LOVED their food.
I'm vegetarian and also the sort of person who chooses one dish and then sticks to it, so I always opt for the Halloumi, Avocado and Hummus Burger. You can have the same dish as a Flatbread or in a Salad Box too, but I'm not even that adventurous! My kids love the salad box though, and share one which works out very economical!
My non-veggie friends have enjoyed the chicken and the brisket beef, and for Vegans they often do a special BBQ Jackfruit loaded fries which smells exquisite.
Also, Halloumi fries and their famous loaded fries with all sorts of toppings (including, I saw this week on their Facebook page, Christmas Dinner. Yep. Wow.).
AS IF THAT WASN'T ENOUGH Fat Teds also have TWO catering trailers so they can go out and about and you can see them all over the place around Norfolk. They do Weddings, private parties and were here at Bumblebarn back in the summer to cater for a Hen Do. The Hens loved it, and I loved it because I got some leftovers - wahoo!
